One address, read by a person. Corrections to a calculator are the most useful thing you can send.
Reporting a wrong result
This is the message we most want to receive. If a calculator gives an answer you believe is wrong, please include:
- which calculator, and a link to it;
- the figures you entered;
- the result it gave you;
- the result you expected, and where that expectation comes from — a lender’s quote, a payroll statement, a published formula.
Every confirmed error gets a test written for it before the fix ships, so the same mistake cannot come back later.
Privacy requests
Requests about personal data go to the same address. Please say what you are asking for. Our honest answer is usually that we hold nothing: there are no accounts on this site, and the figures typed into a calculator never leave the browser. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
Suggesting a calculator
Tell us what decision you were trying to make and what you could not work out. That is far more useful than a name, because the name of a calculator rarely describes the question somebody actually had.
